From mid-May, I will be exhibiting my circles for two months in the art window of Herberg Tolvrij in Huizen.

Both my parents were born and raised in Huizen. I myself lived in Hilversum until seven years ago, and I know this area well. It is special to be in this place.

The Herberg Tolvrij drop-in center is a frequently visited place. There was also immediate interest in my works. One of the regular visitors had already started working on the theme of circles at home in the run-up to the exhibition and the workshop that Grady will be giving, and was very curious about the techniques I used. Another even saw a (unconsciously painted) Jesus figure in one of the works.

It is wonderful to see how my work connects and inspires the guests at the drop-in center.
